Unique is a small charity supporting, informing and networking with families living with a Rare Chromosome Disorder or some Autosomal Dominant Single Gene disorders associated with learning disability and developmental delay, among other symptoms.

NORD is a  patient advocacy organization dedicated to individuals with rare disease and the organizations who serve. NORD along with it's more than 300 patient organizations is committed to the identification, treatment and cure of rare disorders through programs of education, advocacy, research and patient services.  

Facebook is FULL of private groups dedicated to all sorts of thing! Search for your disorder, you'll find something! Request to join and you'll find a support community that is right for you.
